The District Council have confirmed to us that the Rayleigh Sports Centre will open to the public on May 13th. This is 5 months later than the council promised, but at least it is opening!
Chris has asked when people can start booking facilities- no date has been fixed for this yet , but if you have any enquiries, you can call Holmes Place at Clements Hall on 01702 207777.
This sports centre is of course a replacement for the old Park Sports Centre that was closed a few years ago to allow the various developments on the school playing fields.
