We have now seen the officers report for the Asda application which will be decided on Feb 21st. The officers are recommending approval (although councillors could disagree if they can provide suitable planning reasons).
There’s a lot to read and we will provide further information when we have read it and digested it!
i strongly oppose the Asda planning application. Rawreth lane is already a very busy road and it will certainly not cope with the extra traffic both during the day and especially between 5 and 6 pm.
I feel that a pre-school with a small garden or outdoor space would be of benefit to the community.
