The application for 8 homes at 58 Victoria Avenue Rayleigh comes to the Development Control Committee tomorrow night.
The officers originally recommended approving the scheme.
However we understand this may change to “Refusal” because of tree issues.
Too many! 4 houses & 4 bungalows = 16 cars (possibly).
Victoria Ave is a long, straight road, which vehicles already traverse at the rate of knots! A lot of school children use VA on the way to & from Sweyne.
Please don’t pass this application.
