The government inspector will still be examining the District Council’s Local Development Framework until well into the New Year. She is carrying out a very thorough examination.
And there’s going to be an Extraordinary Meeting of the District Council on October 14th, to consider proposed revisions to the Core Strategy and another round of public consultation.
Watch this space….
Another round of public consultation to be swept under the carpet and ignored by the Tory dominated cabinet??
Is there any access for members of the public to attend or is this a closed meeting?
It will probably be open to the public….
What is the point of another round of public consultation when, as was highlighted at West Area Committee by a resident, RDC take no notice at all of all the public objections submitted.
Again they are only “going through the motions” to be able to say we have consulted and then, as Ron says, it will be swept under the carpet.
