One of the good things about onlineFOCUS is that some Conservative councillors look at it. And we understand that one or two of them have seen our item about the land near the Rayleigh Leisure Centre. The council say that the sports pitches there won’t be ready until 2009.
These Conservatives have commented that mini-sports-pitches would be really useful for junior football teams in Rayleigh and they are thinking about how to speed things up.
If they can speed things up, that would be great news and we’ll give them the credit they deserve…
