There was also an incident of stone-throwing at Rochford Station last night at around 1630 involving one or more people hiding under the platform and throwing stones at trains as they passed.
Is this a new yoof craze ?
This was heavily features in last night’s Echo.
Apparently youths lurking in bushes on A1245 opposite Cherry Hill Farm. Several cars damaged and a lot of very frightened motorists. Police involved too.
