Sent to Essex County Council 4 minutes laterI hope someone is monitoring the site of the development for the Tesco Express on the corner of Vernon Ave, & London Rd Rayleigh? There are huge ruts in the grass verge,& the pavements on both sides of this side road are badly damaged. Presumably the Contractors will have to make good when they have finished?
