I think the council are to be congratulated on making this information prominently on the front page of their website, and easily and readily accessible in the PDF files. This is an improvement on when they used to simply leave the planning applications (even ones this major) hidden in the depths of their separate planning website!

At least 600 houses here are walking distance from Rochford Station & Town centre, a better option than the proposals for Rayleigh & Rawreth.
