Tomorrow night could be interesting at the District Council. The Review Committee is meeting, and they have County Councilllor Tracey Chapman coming along. She’s the councillor in charge of highways at Essex County Council.
It’s at 7:30 in Room 4 of the Civic Suite in Rayleigh. The public can come along to watch, though they can’t speak.
