Well , the development control committee agreed to more detailed planting, banking and screening around the sports pitches near Priory Chase.
But they refused to put any planning condition on the days and hours of use – leaving it up to the council contractor to manage it.

Thanks for you efforts last night.
It was clear you were trying to explain the catalogue of problems that this the Park School site has had, although it did largely seem to fall on deaf ears. As such I didn’t feel there was much understanding from the rest of the Councillors with regards to the local residents.
Lets hope we will be consulted or at least further considered when the precise details of the screening of the pitches are re drawn up.
