Perhaps Highways can observe the chaos at the Rawreth Lane Hullbridge road junction at rush hour time that will certainly ensue. May be then a proper solution may be found to this congestion.
Sorry to depress you …. has this come as a sudden sock that it starts in 12 days …. always good to get warning from RDC and i must say excellent planning. Why not start at the start of the school holidays to minimise the chaos to local people …. oh that would require planning
How can the Council even begin to think about the new housing developments in both Hullbridge & Rayleigh when the existing infrastructure can’t cope? Before anyone thinks about building homes they need to build a new road. We’ve all seen what happens when the roads flood – you can’t get in or out of the town. Surely fixing this issue should be a priority?
There’s no information about this on roadworks.org – normally Essex Highways are pretty good at keeping this updated.
I lie – it’s just appeared on my screen.
Tuesday 13th August is going to be good with one lane of Rawreth Lane closed as well.
