Something For Gardeners – RHS Staff Coming To Hockley

Hockley library will be hosting a gardeners question time with the staff of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS). Hyde Hall on the Wednesday July the 22nd between 7.00-9.00pm.

The RHS is the UK?s leading gardening charity dedicated to advancing horticulture and promoting good gardening.

Its goal is to help people share a passion for plants, to encourage excellence in horticulture and inspire all those with an interest in gardening.

If you have any questions or need advice on any aspect of gardening such as plant identification, problem plants etc come down to Hockley Library on July the 11th and have them answered.

Tickets are ?1.50 in advance, includes light refreshments.

Councillor David Finch, Cabinet Member for Adults, Health & Community Wellbeing says ?I?m delighted that the RHS is visiting Hockley Library, as this is an excellent and timely opportunity to get some quality gardening advice.?
