Not sure if the Hockley meeting will take place. Our neighbourhood policeman has changed yet again (we average a new officer every 4 months at present) and we are in-between officers at the moment.
And there seem to be no meetings for Wakering.
Brian makes a very good point. Each new appointee arrives, declares their love for the area and how they will make a difference and then, after a few months, clears off.
How are we supposed to get any continuity and local knowledge built up by these officers ?. It’s just not good enough is it.
I have to say, I’m getting better feedback from the police than I ever have in the past.
