This video was made on the M1 a couple of days ago. There’s been a nasty road smash, all lanes are blocked, and this very affable chap is asking drivers – why have you blocked the emergency lane?
One of the comments on youtube says:
I’m a policeman and I applaud you. If there were more people? like you then my job would be easy.
Some people think you can pick and choose which laws you should obey.
