LBS Enforcement were a target on BBC’s ‘Watchdog’ last night . They actually hired a hall in Rayleigh to film some of its victims!

Having watched BBC Watchdog lash out at LBS Car clampers this week, I saw two of them about to clamp a car in that private car park at the bottom of Websters Way by Stacey’s Auctioneers. I parked quickly as I could in the Castle Road Carpark and then ran back – maybe I could least deter them from charging the hundreds of pounds extra for the ‘tow truck charge’. But I got back too late , the driver was sitting there sheepishly in his £300 car, with a £500 charge . He told me he’s only parked there for 10 mins. I hadn’t the heart to tell him that Rochford DC car parks are free on Sat afternoons. Grrrr.
