Residents asked our Rayleigh North County Councillor, James Newport, about delays along Rawreth Lane from the direction of Hambro Hill.
James tells us…
“I asked Essex Highways to check out if there was a problem with the phasing of the traffic lights at the intersection of Priory Chase and Rawreth Lane and they have told me that due to the recent resurfacing works, the traffic detection loop has been damaged. They are currently awaiting confirmation of when these loops will be recut. They have will let me know when they are notified.”
