IDEA13 is a network for culture across Southend on Sea & online FORUM for conversation between artists and their audiences. It was launched by Metal in March 2009.

IDEA13 brings together creatives from the Borough ? find out about new projects and events coming up and post your ideas and news in the Forum.
One of the latest events they have mentioned is on Sunday 6th November at Hawkwell Village Hall:
Sun 6 Nov 10-4pm ? Rochford Vintage and Retro Fair
Rochford Vintage and Retro Fair will offer last century items, homemade food and retro music.

Thirty stalls will be selling retro and vintage items from 20th century (design, vintage, retro and kitsch), including:

– Furniture and effects

Caf? will be serving homemade cakes and snacks, and to add to the atmosphere, they will be playing music from the 50?s., 60?s, 70?s and 80?s.
