There’s a planning application for three one-bedroom flats in Rochford Town Centre. There is no garden, and no car parking. Two neighbours are objecting, saying “totally unsuitable for three flats – can’t visualise how these could be allowed in such a small place”.
And the applicants are…Rochford and District Conservative Club!
