Credit where it’s due – Basildon Tory Councillor Steve Horgan seems to be the only Conservative councillor around here who writes a proper blog (i.e updated frequently and you can leave comments). And he doesn’t stop writing it when elections are over.

Next week I am going to China as part of a trade delegation. This includes representatives from Basildon Council, Chelmsford Council, Essex County Council and a number of Basildon and Essex businesses.
