Sadly last night some Christmas Lights were cut and removed from houses in Downhall Park Way, Rayleigh. More worrying is the fact that these appeared to have been cut with a knife! There was a large group of male youths on the estate last night but it may not necessarily have been them. Please be aware and keep a look out so we can hopefully avoid this happening again.
