Asking For A Site Visit

Preston Gardens is a small turning off Down Hall Road that slopes up to the railway line and links up with the southern end of Hambro Avenue.

It’s right on the border between two council wards : Preston Gardens is actually in Grange ward and Hambro Avenue is in Downhall and Rawreth.
So two lots of councillors are interested in the location.

There’s a outline planning application in (10/00262/OUT) to build a pair of semi-detached houses between the railway line and 8 Preston Gardens. As it’s a slightly unusual location – by the railway and on a slope – Chris Lumley, June Lumley, Chris Black and Ron Oatham have asked for a site visit by councillors.

You can find the details of the application here.
