Rayleigh Town CouncilIf you aren’t on the Electoral Register, you won’t be able to vote on 1 May 2008. To make sure you can vote, you must register by 16 April 2008.
Aparently there is also a bi-election in Barling and Sutton and also aparently two seats up in Rochford.
