On the car park survey I suggested free parking after 6 pm.
I seem to remember a car park survey some time ago – if my ancient memory serves me correctly it was completely ignored by RDC. Any other readers recollect ???
Well the Conservatives tried to ignore it, but the Lib Dems and Greens called it in to Full Council for a debate:

One problem with the last survey was that the responses weren’t really representative – e.g. only 1 percent under 24 , only 38 percent male.
Was the survey the one that suggested pay as you leave? This still seems a better method as it is easier for the motorist as you do not have to panic if you are approaching your time limit. I put in payment for one hour and then have to queue in the bank or doctors and start worrying about meter time.
It just keeps saying ‘cannot locate survey’ whenever I click either of the links.
Sorry for this, try clicking on the link we’re now showing , it takes you to the consultations page.
