The stakes are high for residents with the contract looking under increasing pressure of financial collapse and we don’t think this is all down to COVID-19 closures, but the problems of this poorly performing contract have been exasperated.

I have been coming to this leisure centre since I was a little girl that was a very long time now. Over the years have been to a few and nothing comes up to this centre. The people that work there the activities that you offer, clean and tidy centre. Lovely pool.
Feel that as a community a lot of people will be sorry to see this centre go. As helped a lot of people physically and mentally In these times, where a local centre is needed not another load of houses on a space of land.
Braintree have given Fusion £700k, West Devon £100k, South Hams £190k, Enfield have been asked for £1m.
Fusion are essentially asking every council for money to reopen.
What’s worrying is that all decisions (membership processing, equipment purchasing etc) are all made by head office, local centres have little control over anything.
