The Echo News reports on the most and least complained about Councils. It's not all that good news for residents in the Rochford District though we're afraid.

what's more worrying for Rochford's residents is that Brentwood (Rochford District Councils partner) comes in 4th place and now both service are led by the Brentwood Planning & Director existing Director.

With the Planning & Development departments being the most complained about aspect of the service in both authorities, the leadership could be under scrutiny to significanity improve this area.
