An application for a nursery block at Holt Farm Infant School was refused
Councillor Aron Priest’s application to demolish his existing home and buid a bigegr one in Western Road, Rayleigh was refused.
An extension to the Rayleigh Grange Community Centre to allow a SureStart centre was passed
An application to expand the skateboarding area in King George’s Playing Field , Rayleigh was passed overwhelmingly, despite objections from nearby residents.
