Rayleigh Town Council will meet tomorrow (28th September) to discuss the progress (or rather lack of) of the CCTV for the town.
Cllr Richard Lambourne & Cllr Elizabeth Brewer (Lib Dem) have called an extraordinary meeting of the Council in an attempt to move the project forward from the current stagnant state. With 700 pages of correspondence sent to council members, there should be quite a bit to discuss – and not necessarily all related to CCTV!
