We see from the minutes that onlineFOCUS got mentioned at a committee meeting of Rayleigh Town Council at the end of June:

57 POLICE LIAISON – Neighbourhood Action Panel
.
Members noted that NAP meetings are being held on the second Tuesday of the month
at the Town Council office. This is a public meeting. Minutes of the NAP meetings
that took place on 8th June were received. Members noted that monthly police beat
meetings are being held at Rayleigh Library on the first Wednesday of the month.
.
The Committee Chairman [Mrs C Roe ] mentioned that the on-line Focus website contains critical
comments about the police and advised that it would be more helpful if these residents
attended NAP meetings in order for the police to be able to provide advice and
explanations of operations.

Incidentally, we try to provide links to information about Neighbourhood Action Panels in our right-hand sidebar, though the various webpages go out of date from time to time.
