The District Council have an update on their website:
During this cold weather we are finding that the contents of some compostables bins are frozen solid and this can result in the contents sticking within the bins.
Our collection crews will endeavour to fully empty the bin contents, but if you find some items stuck in your bin we will collect them on the next collection round when the contents have defrosted.
