We’re pleased to say that our candidate, James Newport, romped home with a 70% vote share in the Downhall & Rawreth ward – quite a win!
Well done to all who stood in the District elections, it’s not as easy as it may look. There were some surprises and we are pleased to congratulate Mike Wilkinson (Independent), Toni Carter (Independent) & Adrian Eves (Independent) & Diana Hoy, Hullbridge’s very own ‘Wonder Woman’ (Greens) on their wins too!

Cons are actually unchanged as Cllr Cooper did not defend his seat for Friends of Rochford and the Tories took the seat.
