It’s quite common these days to see planning applications to demolish a dwelling and build several in its place – but not with an address in a fairly new road like Downhall Park Way.
However there’s a new application 09/00420/OUT that you can find here This is by the wind turbine… and it’s an outline application to demolish one dwelling and build three detached houses.
As always, as district councillors we must stay neutral in advance of any council meeting concerning this.
