The District Council refused permission for 326 homes at the Coombes Farm site on the Rochford/ Stambridge border, giving 5 good reasons.
The government inspector supported the council….. so you might think that’s the end of it.
But no, as the Echo reports here, the developers , Colonnade, have gone to the High Court for a judicial review.
