There will be a by-election on 26th September 2019.
One is for District ward of Sweyne Park & Grange due to Cllr Toby Mountain from Rochford District Residents standing down. The other is for parish ward of Trinity due to the death of Les Jeffery.
We’re contesting both seats with Lisa Newport standing in Sweyne Park & Grange, where we have previously held a seat and Ian Oakley in Trinity Ward for the Town Council.
Lisa had very good support in May 2019 gaining 538 votes on her first time standing in the ward.
Ian equally did very well in the previous election in Trinity Ward.
We’re hoping voters aren’t suffering too much fatigue and will offer their support for both of our candidates on 26th September 2019.
