Sometimes it isn’t easy to find the right person at the County Council.
A friend of Onlinefocus phoned us today to say that he had tried to report a problem near where he lives.
He first spoke to a council officer we shall call Officer M, who said that he didn’t deal with this and referred him to Officer L
Officer L asked him to phone Officer C.
Officer C asked him to phone Officer A.
Officer A said that although she was the right type of officer, she didn’t deal with Rayleigh.
She asked him to phone….. Officer M.
All four council officers were sympathetic and trying to help… but there seems to be something wrong with the system somewhere!
