Every week we find dog waste right in front of our front hedge. It seems to be a big dog. Since we are not home during the day, we do not have a clue on who it is, but it seems to be the same dog. We have young children living next door and they come out to play. This is dangerous. We notice every Wednesday night when we put our bins out. As a matter of fact, the whole of Somerset Avenue suffers from dog fouling all along the road. Hope you can help.
