As the saying goes, there are lies, dammed lies and statistics, these percentages are meaningless unless you know the overall size of the population ( in this case 83,000 )
Given that some of the figures are so small as to be almost meaningless but some of the larger ones do give concern.
No doubt large sums of money have been spent on conducting this survey so the big question is what do we do about it ?
