Rayleigh has its Town meeting on April 25th:
TO ALL ELECTORS OF RAYLEIGH
ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
will be held at the Mill Arts and Events Centre, Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh, on
Wednesday 25th April 2012 at 7.30 p.m.
under the Chairmanship of Councillor Mrs Peggy Corbett,
Chairman of Rayleigh Town Council
The Town Meeting may discuss all town affairs and pass resolutions about them.
The following matters have been placed on the agenda
1. Opening Address from Councillor Mrs Peggy Corbett, Chairman of Rayleigh Town
Council.
2. To sign the minutes of the meeting held on 6th April 2011.
3. Guest Speaker: County Councillor Stephen Castle ?The 2012 Olympics?.
4. Presentation of Awards and Certificates for the following:
Junior Schools General Knowledge Quiz Winners and Best Student
Sports Person of the Year (able bodied and disabled/special needs)
Best Sports Team of the Year
High Achievers (able bodied and disabled/special needs)

Citizen of the Year
