Update: we understand that the footpath has now been reopened. Councillor James Newport has reported what appears to be an unauthorised footpath closure to Essex Highways today. The footpath runs from Rawreth Industrial Estate through to Stirling Close/Victoria Avenue. Essex Highways say they will investigate
