It would give residents , councillors and officers a chance to speak on this before a decision is taken&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Chris Black has spoken to the chairman of the committee, Councillor John Pullen, he is agreeable to it being on the agenda, and the council&#8217;s committee section have been informed accordingly.
