We’ve noticed something strange about the Essex County Council Webpages. Rochford District Council often isn’t mentioned when it should be.
For example, if you are looking for something to do with environment health (e.g. ratcatching or restaurant cleanliness) the website tells you that this service is provided by district councils – and then lists them. But it doesn’t include Rochford. Why ?
In the same way, it doesn’t include Rochford for electoral registration, Graffiti removal or Refuse Collection!
(but it does include Rochford for Emergency Planning and Benefits, for example).
Odd…
If you phone Rochford Council about residential pest control issues, they will advise you to find soneone from the Yellow Pages, so save yourself the phone call.
