What’s Happening On Priory Chase?

The onlineFOCUS team have made further inquiries and have discovered that the Scouts have taken up the land, although we are not sure when construction of their scout hut will begin at the moment. As soon as we know we will post more information… scouts honour!

Eagle-eyed onlineFOCUS readers may have spotted some developments with the land at the end of Priory Chase, Nr St Nicholas School.

There’s a small piece of land, triangular in shape, which we believe was sold off by RDC  sometime ago. We notice that work has begun fencing the land off and we are making inquiries to find out the future use. As yet there doesn’t appear to be any planning applications on the Rochford District Council’s website.
