Rochford District Council’s licencing sub-committee has granted the yet to trade, ‘Vintage Organic’ shop on Grange Parade, London Rd, an alcohol licence. Reacting to residents concerns about anti-social behaviour, the store will have security persons operating on Friday and Saturday evenings in addition to other licencing conditions.
