There are two new planning applications in Sweyne Park ward.
The first is for four homes at the western end of Cheapside West. This scheme has two detached houses and a pair of semis. All the buildings are on three storeys. You can see the details on the council website here – the reference number is 07/00350/FUL.
The second is to demolish an existing building at Timber Grove off London and create one new nine-bedroomed building , another building with six bedrooms and a third building with eight two-bedroomed flats. The reference number for this one is 07/00664/FUL and you can see the details here.
