Rayleigh Arts Festival (Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 September)
The Rayleigh Arts Festival is a varied programme of events, performances and activities presented over one weekend each September.
The 2013 Festival will have a strong heritage focus and be part of the nation-wide ?Heritage Open Days? initiative. Events will take place across a number of venues including the Mill Arts & Events Centre and the Grade II Listed Rayleigh Windmill museum.
