We warned you that the Tories weren’t done with the Mill Hall, and now if looks like they are moving in services such as the Citizens Advice bureau, a front counter for the Council and they are holding Council meetings in the hall – you could be mistaken that the Arts & Events centre has become The Civic Suite version 2.
This has left a number of residents less than convinced about the promises to ‘listen’ that the Tories make around election time and then conveniently lose their hearing for the remainder of the year!
Even the new portfolio holder responsible for the Mill Hall, recently suggested it would ‘transform’.
Keep watching this space for any credible plans (which we doubt we’ll see very soon) for the proper use of our arts & events centre.
