Key facts: a superb 71 percent of our district’s domestic waste was recycled in August 2008, compared with only 20 percent for August 2007.

That sounds very impressive, but having watched the ‘Tonight’ programme yesterday (08/09/08) about where our recycled waste ends up can RDC assure us that our recycled waste does not end up 5000 miles away in India?
