Last night the Echo published our letter that argued against having all the new housing in Rayleigh and Rawreth. Meanwhile tonight Geoff Percival has written quite an interesting article. In case you can’t read the illustration, he says “A bitter row could be looming over plans for 3,000 new homes in the Rochford District which the government insists must be built by 2021.” (We already have sites for the first 1,600). He’s certainly right.
