Reporting A Fault -Update

Back on June 19th we tried out the District Council’s “Reporting A Fault” system on their website.

We got a very quick response from the council at 8:27 the next day:

Thank you very much for submitting the report on overgrown vegetation. This has been added to our log and an officer will be out to visit the site and arrange for the area to be tidied.

Unfortunately, nothing has been done in over a month. So we emailed the council this week and got the following:

I apologise that you have not heard anything yet.

I have checked our log and I have not received any details back from our grounds maintenance contractors as of yet. I will put a chaser on when the work should be completed and when I receive any information that is of use to you I will contact you again.
