RDC has submitted its application to redevelop Rayleigh Civic Suite which will be determined by its own Development Committee.
In the public engagement process, 89% of respondents rejected the plans to redevelop the Civic Suite in Rayleigh.
Despite the overwhelming protests from local residents the Conservatives have chosen to ignore you again with the application proposing a combination of offices and 12 residential units, just 2 of these being affordable.
