King George V Playing Field, Bull Lane, Rayleigh

The Fun Day is a brilliant event, being organised by the Rayleigh Churches. There will be bouncy castles, craft, face painting, football, pole joust, break-dancing coaching, live bands and children?s entertainer. There?s absolutely loads to do for all the family from toddlers to grandparents.

Admission and activities are free of charge.

The Salvation Army Band will be playing from 10.30am with Cllr. Mrs. Cheryl Roe, Chair of Rayleigh Town Council officially opening the event at 11am.

So pack a picnic, or buy delicious burgers from our BBQ. Tea, coffee, cakes and cold drinks, available from our refreshments tent. Ice creams too.

Bring the whole family for a fantastic day out.

  • This event has ben held on 2 previous occassions and both have been excellent. Highly recommend residents with children pay a visit. everything except food is free. Even the face painting and the bouncy castles are free. All come along as live bands will be playing and there is something for everyone.
